How much deposit is required to secure my order?
Deposits are partially refundable and will not be applied to your total.
How much notice is needed to plan my wedding and/or place a linen order?
Planning your event does not have time limitations. Linens will require a six week window prior to your event. Rush orders are allowed at an additional fee.
When do I return my linens?
Linens are due 24 hours after the event. Posh staff is available to pick up linens from the event at an additional service charge.
Why is a credit card required?
The rental fee is only a fraction of what the items actually cost, therefore, a credit card is required for any lost or damaged item.
What chair type do your chair covers fit?
To ensure the best fit and look you are trying to achieve, we offer universal chair covers. These will fit all chairs, except those with arm rests.
Does Posh staff set up the linens?
The rental fees do not include setup or take down. However, most customers do utilize our staff and pay the additional fees for these services the take the stress off the wedding party.
